Manage user logon hours

Track your organization's users' logon hours to learn which employees log on after hours and, if necessary, restrict them from doing so.

ADManager Plus' logon hours management feature lets you easily set logon hours for all Active Directory users, including effortless restrictions as needed. You can also generate a complete report on the logon hours, including details on account statuses and names.

Available actions:

• Select the logon time frame, including specific or entire days of the week.
• Choose whether the user should be allowed or denied access to the network within a selected time frame.
• Select time frames from a visual grid.
• Search for specific users through CSV import or by manually entering their names (separated by commas).

To view a detailed report on your Active Directory users' logon hours, leave the search field empty and click Search. The report will give you information including the user's full name, first name, logon name, logon hours, account status, and last logon time. You can also view the restrictions placed on certain users by entering their names in the search field.

Once you've applied the specified logon hours to the desired users, you can export the results as reports to a destination folder in CSV, PDF, XLS, and HTML formats.
