The Problem

Providing a delightful and trusted shopping experience for their valued customers, Rack Room shoes offers a wide variety of on-trend styles for women, men and children in the athletic, comfort, and dress categories. Furthermore, it offers a wide selection of national brands as well as exclusive private brands at outstanding prices. Managing a large customer base became a tedious task for them and they needed a way to simplify their work.

As their primary business need, they were looking for a way to bulk import over 5000 users and manage them on a regular basis using CSV files. The biggest challenge they faced was manually entering all the users' data in addition to working with PowerShell.

The Solution
