Shares in the Servers

This report lists all the Shares and their permissions in the specified server.

To view the report:

This report lists all the users/groups that have access to folders in a specified path.

To view the report:

Select the Domain.
Enter the shared resource path.
- Example:
  - \\< file-servername >\< sharename >\< directory >
  - \\< dfs-namespace >\< sharename >\< directory >
Select the desired folder level.
Click on Generate.

This report lists all the folders and files for which the specified account has permissions.

To view the report:

Select the Domain.
Select the user accounts whose access you want to check.
Select the Windows Server or DFS namespace to search for the folders that can be accessed by the specified user accounts.
Select the desired folder level and the Access Type. Click on Advanced Options to specify the exact access type.
Click on Generate.

This report provides the list of all folders and files that are restricted to inherit the permissions from their parent objects.

To view the report:

Select the Domain.
Enter the directory path.
- Example:
  - \\< file-servername >\< sharename >\< directory >
  - \\< dfs-namespace >\< sharename >\< directory >
Click on Generate.
