It will automatically route self-service password reset and account unlock requests to help desk technicians, for identity verification, before they get executed in Active Directory. | Exchange Reporter Plus introduces Office 365 ActiveSync Reports which cover ActiveSync mailbox details like policy application status, client type for devices and inactive mobile devices. ActiveSync reports for on-premise mailboxes have also been upgraded with similar reports on Device policy application status, mobile user identification and inactive ActiveSync devices. Besides, ActiveSync Device Details report has undergone major enhancements wherein it displays more details like last successful/attempted sync time, device operator, folder sync count, etc. |

We did not have an efficient way to manage our AD, ADManager Plus has made it MUCH easier. We did not look at any others. We downloaded a free trial to test, were impressed with the trial and then requested the full purchase from our Director. Did not see a need to look at others since ADManager Plus does everything we need it to do. |
