The following cmdlet is used to set the password of a user:

With ADManager Plus:
- Log in to the ADManager Plus admin console.
- Navigate to Microsoft 365 > Management > User Management > Reset Password.
- Choose whether you want to generate a random password or enter your own password.
- Choose whether you want to force users to change their password on their next logon, and the password to never expire.
- Select the users. You can either select users manually or upload a CSV file.
- Click OK.
