Viewing the log reasons for Remote Sessions

After executing many remote sessions, you can check the reason for the remote sessions using the Action Log Viewer for auditing purposes. Select the Remote Control check box and choose the range of date. The log reasons will be listed.


  • Remotely monitor end user's computer

  • Change Port Settings in Endpoint Central

  • Download the recorded remote sessions

  • Configure Idle Session Settings

  • Allow the user to disconnect the remote session
