MDM - Command Format Error

Problem

You are trying to assoicate a profile to Groups/Devices, and you get an error message "Command Format Error".

Cause

You might get this error message, if the profile created by the administrator is not compatible or not applicable as per the iOS policies.

Resolution

Kindly contact our support team with the Endpoint Central Server logs , for further assistance.
