24028: Issued database console command
Database console commands can be used to retrieve information about the SQL server. The commands are grouped into four categories: maintenance, miscellaneous, informational, and validation. Event 24028 occurs when a database console command has been issued in an SQL server. It is generated by the DBCC_GROUP action group. This group keeps track of execution of database console commands. Important information can be derived from this event including the:
- Date and time at which the event occurred.
- Session identifier of the event.
- Privileged user who performed the action.
- Database associated with the event.
