Feature on Focus: Password Policy Enforcer

What does it do?

ADSelfService Plus allows you to create custom password policies that have stricter requirements than the default password policy provided by Active Directory. For instance, you can create password policies that prevent the use of certain patterns, characters from username, etc. Password Policy Enforcer will allow you to enforce these custom, stricter password policies that you have configured in ADSelfService Plus when users change their passwords through the Ctrl+Alt+Del option.

For example, when users change their passwords using the Ctrl+Alt+Del option, the password sync agent will check the password against the custom password policy that you have configured in ADSelfService Plus. If the password doesn't comply, then ADSelfService Plus will show the users what exact requirement (minimum password length, use of patterns, repeated characters, etc.) they failed to comply.
