Kovilan Muthumanikam, a business support manager with SA Home Loans, noticed that the organization's service desk was routinely swamped with password reset and account lockout requests calls from employees. Muthumanikam looked for a self-service solution that would enable employees to reset their own passwords and unlock their own user accounts.
