Remote self-service password resets

With ADSelfService Plus, users can remotely reset passwords for AD, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications after secure authentication using the configured MFA techniques. Password resets are also supported on users' desktop logon screens and mobile devices, and the cached credentials are updated for remote users via VPN.

 

Password expiration notifier

The password expiration notifier in ADSelfService Plus searches AD for users whose passwords are about to expire and notifies them via SMS, email, and push notifications. The message content and notification frequency can be customized based on OUs and groups. Users can also be notified of their account status in addition to their password expiration details.

 

Web-based AD password changes
