Hyper V Discovery:

Servicedesk plus MSP scans the Hyper V servers in your network and also determines the VMs that are running on these hosts. Apart from this, the scan would also discover the complete hardware details of the VM and the relationships between the VM and the Hyper V servers.

Methods of scanning:

Hyper V servers can be discovered through the following scans using Agent mode scan.

• Network scan.
• Workstation scan.
• Scheduled scan.
• Windows domain scan.

Note: Select "Windows" device type to discover Hyper V during the scan. Hyper V discovery can only be done using Agent mode scan.
