Scan Printers, Routers, Switches and Access Points
ServiceDesk Plus MSP currently supports the scanning of IP devices namely, Printers, Routers, Switches and Access Points.
There are two methods through which these devices can be scanned in the application,

Network Scan - Scans devices that are part of your network.

Workstation/Device Scan - Scan your newly added devices by specifying the their credentials.
Note: Please note that ServiceDesk Plus MSP does not scan other IP devices like Firewall, Hubs, IP Telephones and so on.
