Editing and Deleting Activities
ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus provides you with the option to modify and delete the existing Tasks and Events configured in the application.
Editing Activities
You can edit the tasks or events either from the list view or from the details page. To edit from the list view,

Click the Activities tab in the header pane.

From the list view page, select the Edit icon beside the task or event you wish to edit. The Edit form opens with values populated while adding the activity.

Modify the detailsand Update the changes.
To edit activities from the details page,

Click the Activities tab in the header pane.

Click on the Title of the task or event to edit.

From the details page, click the Edit button. The Edit form opens with values populated while adding the activity.

Modify thedetails and Update the changes.
Deleting Activities
You can perform a bulk delete of the activities or just delete a single activity from the activities tab.
To perform bulk delete operation,

Click the Activities tab in the header pane.

Enable the check box beside the Title of the activities to delete.

Click on Delete button. A confirmation dialog appears.

Click Ok to proceed with the deletion. The selected activities are deleted from the list.
To delete activities from the details page,

Click the Activities tab in the header pane.

Click on the Title of the task or event to delete.

From the details page, click the Delete button. A confirmation dialog appears.

Click Ok to proceed with the deletion.
