Request Preview

On customizing the new request form for both the contacts and the support reps, you can preview the form for both login using this option.

To view the Request Preview,

1. Click on the Admin tab in the header pane to open the configuration wizard page.

2. Click the Helpdesk Customizer iconunder Helpdesk Settings.  

3. Click Request Preview link from the menu on the left hand side of the page. The Request preview page opens to view the Contact View tab and the Support Rep View tab.

4. Click on Contact view tab to view the new request form for contact login.

5. Click on Support Rep view tab to view the new request form for support rep login.
