    • Download and install the Remote Access Plus plug-in from spiceworks app center.
    • Log-in to your Spiceworks help desk page and click on the Remote Access Plus option against any ticket and select Server Settings option.
    • Furnish the details of your Remote Access Plus server and start using Remote Access Plus features from the Spiceworks tickets.

Follow the below steps to access your existing Remote Access Plus within Spiceworks ticket page and inventory details page.

  1. Ensure your current Remote Access Plus build number is 10.0.257 or above to troubleshoot endpoints from Spiceworks. Else update to the latest version.
  2. Configure Remote Access Plus in Spiceworks server
    • Download and install the Remote Access Plus plug-in from Spiceworks app center.
