Time Mismatch Error. Error Code : 70311

Problem

You are trying to login to RMM Central server using Two Factor Authentication and it fails, showing the following Error Code:70311

Cause

There could be a mismatch between the time configured in the RMM Central server and the device on which the authenticator is installed.

Resolution

Make sure that the device on which the authenticator app is installed shares the same time as the RMM Central server. If you do not have access to the RMM Central server's time, Please contact your administrator.
