You had scheduled a Patch Scanning, but it failed.
The Firewall running in the RMM Central Server might have blocked the data.
Ensure that the RMM Central Port (default is 8090) is added to the exceptions list. The steps include:
Goto Start --> Run --> type firewall.cpl --> Goto Exception --> Click on Add Port
Here in the name/port text fields, mention the port name and port numbers as 8090 or your server http port and 8091 or your secure https port respectively.
