Security Settings

• To enable or disable the GDPR configuration settings,
  • Go to Settings → Admin → General Settings → Security Settings.
  • Enable GDPR Settings.
  • Click Save.
• To enable password protection for exported reports,
  • Go to Settings → Admin → General Settings → Security Settings.
  • Check the Protect export files with password checkbox.
  • Enter a password in the Password field.
  • Click Save.
• To disable the password protection for exported reports,
  • Go to Settings → Admin → General Settings → Security Settings.
  • Uncheck the Protect export files with password checkbox.
  • Click Save.
• During export, to mask information contained in the report,
  • Go to Settings → Admin → General Settings → Security Settings.
  • Check the Mask during export checkbox.
  • Click Save.
• To unmask during export,
  • Go to Settings → Admin → General Settings → Security Settings.
  • Uncheck the Mask during export checkbox.
  • Click Save.
• To protect the database backup with a password, 
  • Go to Settings → Admin → General Settings → Security Settings.
  • Check the Protect database backup with password checkbox.
  • Enter a password in the Password field.
  • Click Save.
