• What happens to the technicians when I disintegrate and integrate a client or component again?

  The technicians who are already in that component will not be considered as MSSP’s technicians. It will be shown as “Technician already exists” in MSSP when “Sync Now” button is clicked. Users need to delete the technician in that component and perform “Sync Now”.

• What happens to the technicians that were existing/created in the components?

  No modifications will be made to the existing technicians. In Log360 MSSP "Technician already exists" warning message will be shown.
