Reset Admin Password

How do I reset the password of the admin account?

To reset your admin password,

Navigate to <Installation_Dir>\bin folder. By default, the path is C:\ManageEngine\Log360 MSSP\bin.
Find and run the resetADSPassword.bat file.
Your password will now be reset to the default password "admin".

Note: This process will reset both the default admin password and the two-factor authentication (2FA) settings.
