1. ManageEngine only facilitates sysadmins to send e-Cards via its Community and is not liable for any abuse of this service.
2. ManageEngine reserves the right to cancel or amend the contests and these terms and conditions without notice.
3. The e-Card contest will remain open till 23:59 PDT, July 31, 2015.
4. 20 winners will be raffle picked from all the entries. ManageEngine's decision will be final.
5. In the event of unavailability of Amazon vouchers in specific regions, ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp Private Limited reserves the right to offer an alternate prize.
6. The prizes are non-transferable.
7. The contest is open in all countries except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
8. Employees (or friends and family members), resellers and partners of Zoho Corp Private Limited are not eligible to participate in this contests.
9. Contact infomation collected through ManageEngine sponsored contests will never be made public.
10. Content submitted as part of any of the ManageEngine sponsored contests will remain a property of the entrant. ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp Private Limited does not own any content. However, submissions made as part of the competition can be shared by ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp Private Limited on our website, forums or social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus or LinkedIn.
