NAS/Shared
This repository stores AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, and Zoho WorkDrive backups. In addition, you also can store the following data.

To add a NAS/Shared repository, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Admin tab > Administration > Backup Repository > NAS/Shared.
- Click the Add Repository button in the top-right corner.
- Enter a name in the Repository Name field.
- Enter the NAS/Shared path where you wish to save the backups in the Repository Path field.
- In the Username and Password fields, provide the credentials of a user who can read/write in the specified path.
Once you have added the repository, you can view the following details:
- Repository name
- Repository path
- Space occupied by backups
- Storage capacity of the repository
- Space available in the repository
- Status of the connected repository
You can also perform the following operations:
Refresh repository details
To fetch the status of used and available storage space:
- Click the
Refresh icon located in the Actions column of the repository.
Update existing repository
- Click the
Edit icon under the Actions column of the repository to change the name of the repository.
- Modify the name of the repository and click Save.
Delete existing repository
- Click the
Delete icon under the Actions column of the repository that you wish to delete.
