Admin Audit Report

This report lists all the technicians to whom new roles were assigned or whose existing roles were modified. It displays the:

  • Name of the admin who performed the action.
  • Type of technician on whom the action was carried out- A single user or a group.
  • Technician whose role was modified.
  • Time at which the change was made.
  • Action performed – Creation, modification, deletion, enabling or disabling a technician.

To search for changes made by any particular admin or changes made to any particular technician,

  • Click on the icon.
  • Enter the criteria and press the Enter key.
