Export Exchange Online mailboxes to

RecoveryManager Plus can back up mailboxes from both on-premises

With RecoveryManager Plus, you can:

  • Export an entire Exchange Online mailbox to PST format for archival.
  • Only export specific mailbox items that satisfy required criteria to PST.

How to export an Exchange Online mailbox to PST using RecoveryManager Plus

  • Chooseyour Exchange Online tenant.

    Mailbox folders to exclude

    From the list of available options, select the folders that you'd like to exclude from being backed up: drafts, deleted items, junk mail, outbox, permanently deleted items, and litigation and in-place hold folders.

    Provide the location where the PST file should be saved.

    Select items to be exported

    Choose whether you want to export all items in the mailbox or just items in a selected time range.

    Password protection

    For an additional layer of security, provide a password for the PST file.
