How to create a schedule for a device group?
Follow the steps given below to create a schedule for device groups:
- Go to Inventory > Groups.
- Click on the clock icon on the right hand side of the table listing all the device groups. (Applicable for Grid View. Clock icon in widget view, is present on top of the widgets)
- Provide a name for the schedule.
- Choose a type of schedule you want to create.
- Provide necessary parameters for the chosen type of schedule (Parameters may differ for different types of schedules).
- Provide the email id's (Multiple email Ids can be provided in a comma separated list) to which the report of this schedule must be delivered.
- Choose a period on which the schedule must run. You can choose between Hourly, Daily, Weekly or Monthly schedule.
- Click on Save.
