The service will be active for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. However, it is recommended to avail the service as soon as possible to fully utilize the potential of the product.

Yes, you and your team (up to 4 participants) will receive exclusive training and an integrated walkthrough of all the configurations and customizations in the product.

6. Will I be provided with support post-implementation?

Yes, you will be inducted into a dedicated Customer Success program post-implementation to ensure you have continued technical support.
