Bad password count does not show the correct value in reports

Reason: All the Domain Controllers (DCs) are not added in the list of Domain Controllers available for the specific domain in the Domain Settings in ADManager Plus.

Solution: Add all the appropriate Domain Controllers (DCs) of the domain, in the Domain Settings section of ADManager Plus using these steps:

• Click the Domain Settings link, located at the top right corner of ADManager Plus window. You will now be in the Domain Configuration page, which lists all the domains that have been configured in ADManager Plus.
• In the Actions column of the domain in which you wish to add Domain Controllers, click the Edit Domain Details icon.
• You will now be able to see the list of Domain Controllers that have been already added for this domain in the pop up window. Click Add, and specify the names of the Domain Controllers that you want to add, in the field provided.
• Click Add to confirm.
• Click Save.
