Challenges ADVETI faced

According to Arab tradition, managing student accounts should meet sensitive requirements. This includes managing the male and female accounts separately. Because of this, ADVETI had two SMTP addresses in the domain. They wanted to change the SMTP addresses of users from the primary domain to the secondary one. This had to be done manually, one user at a time, which consumed a great deal of time and effort.

• Using ADManager Plus's AD management module, ADVETI solved a number of critical challenges, especially those pertaining to user life cycle management.

• Monitor user logon activity in real-time on Domain Controllers with pre-configured audit reports and email alerts.
• Audit and report on the GPO changes to the Windows Active Directory and Windows Servers.
