Azure Active Directory Reports

    Office 365 Users

    This report provides the list of all users present in your Office 365 environment.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. Click the Reports option.
    3. Under Office 365 User Reports, click the Office 365 Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Cloud Users

    This report lists all those users who have an account only in the cloud-Office 365, along with all their details.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Cloud Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to see the list of all users who have accounts only in Office 365.

    Synced Users

    This report lists all the users whose Office 365 accounts are synchronized with their on-premises Active Directory accounts, along with all their attributes.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Synced Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the list of all users whose Office 365 accounts are in sync with their on-premises AD accounts.

    Deleted Users

    This report fetches the list of all deleted Office 365 users accounts.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Deleted Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the list of all users accounts deleted from the selected Office 365 domains.

    Deleted Users

    This report fetches the list of all deleted Office 365 users accounts.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Deleted Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the list of all users accounts deleted from the selected Office 365 domains.

    All Managers

    This report displays all users who are managers of other user in the selected Office 365 domains.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click All Managers.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to see the managers of other users in the selected Office 365 domains.

    Users With Managers

    This report lists all user accounts, along with all the details, of Office 365 users who have managers.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Users with Managers.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to see user accounts which have a designated manager, in the selected Office 365 domains.

    Users Without Managers

    This report fetches the Office 365 users who do have not been assigned to any manager, along with all their details.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Users without Managers.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to view the details of Office 365 users who do not have a designated manager for them.

    User with Empty Attributes

    This report will list all Office 365 users for whom the specified attributes are empty.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Users with Empty Attributes.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now. 
    5. In the Empty Attributes List field, select the attributes that you wish to check.
    6. If you have selected multiple attributes, choose Match All Attributes or Match Any of the Attributes, as per your need, in the Matching Criteria, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the user accounts for which the specified attributes are empty, in selected Office 365 domains.

    Users with Same Attribute Values

    This report will list all Office 365 users accounts which have the same value for the specified attribute.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Users with Same Attribute Values.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users.
    5. In the Select Attributes field, pick the attribute whose value you wish to check, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the Office 365 user accounts which have the same value for the specified attribute.

    Recently Created Users

    This report will list all Office 365 user accounts created during the specified period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Recently Created Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users.
    5. Select the appropriate Period and click Generate Now. You will now be able to see the Office 365 user accounts created during the specified time frame.

    Recently Modified Users

    This report will list all Office 365 user accounts modified during the specified period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Recently Modified Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users.
    5. Select the appropriate Period and click Generate Now. You will now be able to see the Office 365 user accounts modified during the specified time frame.

    This report will list all Office 365 user accounts deleted during the specified period.

    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users.
    5. Select the appropriate Period and click Generate Now. You will now be able to see the Office 365 user accounts deleted during the specified time frame.

    User Created Objects

    This report displays all the objects--groups and service principals--created by Office 365 users, and their details.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click User Created Objects.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to view the details of the groups and service principals created by Office 365 users.

    Users with Validation Error

    This report lists the details of all Office 365 users with validation error.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Users with Validation Error.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to view the list of all Office 365 users with validation errors, along with all their details.

    Users with DirSync Provisioning Error

    This report lists the details of all Office 365 user accounts which have DirSync Provisioning error.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Users with DirSync Provisioning Error.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to view the list of all Office 365 users with DirSync Provisioning errors, along with all their details.

    Exchange Online Users

    This report lists all users with Exchange Online mailbox, along with all their mailbox details.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Exchange Online Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to view the details of the users with Exchange Online mailboxes, along with all the mailbox attributes.

    Guest Users

    This report displays all the guest user accounts in the Office 365 environment.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under General Reports, click Guest Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the guest users, and click Generate Now. You will now be able to see all the guest users in your Office 365 environment.

    This report fetches all users who have a display picture.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.

    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see all Office 365 users who have a display picture.

    This report lists all Office 365 users without a display picture.

    Never Expiring Passwords

    This report displays all Office 365 uses for whom the password never expires option is selected.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Never Expiring Passwords.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the list of all users with never expiring passwords.

    Password Expired Users

    This report lists all users whose password has expired.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Password Expired Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the list of all Office 365 users with expired passwords.

    Soon To Expire Passwords

    This report provides the details of all the user accounts whose passwords will soon expire.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the User Reports category, click on the Soon To Expire Passwords report.
    3. Select the required Office 365 Tenant Account.
    4. Select the Office 365 Domain for which you want to generate this report.
    5. Select the account expiry limit.
    6. Click on Generate Now.

    Password Changed Users

    This report fetches all users whose passwords were changed during the specified period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Password Changed Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to find the users.
    5. Select the necessary Period and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the list of all users whose passwords were modified during the selected period.

    Password Unchanged Users

    This report lists all users whose passwords were not changed during a specific period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Password Unchanged Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users.
    5. Choose the required Period, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to see the list of all users whose passwords remained unchanged during the selected period.

    Multi Factor Authentication Status

    This report lists all Office 365 users' MFA status (enabled/disable) along with their email addresses and mobile numbers.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Multi Factor Authentication Status.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and the domains from which you wish to list the users, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see the list of all Office 365 users, their MFA status, and mobile number and email address.

    Recently Password Reset Users

    This report fetches all Office 365 users whose passwords were reset during the specified period.

    To generate this report,

    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Recently Password Reset Users.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant, and Period, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see all Office 365 user accounts whose passwords were reset during the selected time frame.

    This report fetches all Office 365 users whose passwords were changed during the specified period.

    Forced Password Change

    This report fetches all Office 365 users who were forced to change their passwords, by admins, during a specific period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Forced Password Change.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and Period, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to see all Office 365 users were forced to modify their passwords, during the specified time frame.

    Updated user credentials

    This report lists all Office 365 user accounts whose credentials were updated during a specific time frame.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Updated User Credentials.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and Period, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see all Office 365 user accounts whose credentials were updated during the selected period.

    MFA Enabled Users

    This report provides a list of all the users for whom Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to Office 365 has been enabled.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the User Reports category, click on the MFA Enabled Users report.
    3. Select the required Office 365 Tenant Account.
    4. Select the Office 365 Domain for which you want to generate this report.
    5. Click on Generate Now.

    MFA Disabled Users

    This report lists all the Office 365 users for whom Multi Factor Authentication has been disabled.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the User Reports category, click on the MFA Disabled Users report.
    3. Select the required Office 365 Tenant Account.
    4. Select the Office 365 Domain for which you want to generate this report.
    5. Click on Generate Now.

    User Logon Activity

    This report lists all the logons attempted by Office 365 users during a specific period, along with the result (successful/failed) of those logons.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under User Logon Reports, click User Logon Activity.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant and Domains.
    5. Select the necessary Period, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see all the logons of Office 365 users along with details such as whether those logons were successful or not.

    Recent Logon Failure

    This report fetches all the unsuccessful logons of Office 365 users, during the specified period, along with the reasons for logon failures.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Recent Logon Failure.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant, and Domains.
    5. Choose the desired Period, and click Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see all the failed logons of Office 365 users along with the reasons for the failed logon attempts.

    Recent Successful Logon

    This report displays all the successful logons of Office 365 users along with details such as from where and when they logged on.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click User Reports.
    3. From the list of reports, on the right pane, under Password Status Reports, click Recently Successful Logon.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 tenant, Domain, and Period, and click Generate Now. 

    You will now be able to see all the successful logon attempts of Office 365 users, for the specified period, along with details such as the client IP, logon time and more.

    Inactive Exchange Users

    This report helps you identify the users who have not logged on to Exchange Online during the specified time period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. Click the Reports link from the left pane.
    3. Under Reports, click the User Reports link.
    4. Under Account Status Reports, click Inactive Exchange Users.
    5. Select the Microsoft 365 Tenant and enter the preferred period.
    6. In the Filter By drop-down, select the domains and groups in which you would like to search for inactive Exchange users.
    7. In the Exclude Active AD users field, choose the preferred domain(s) from which you would like to exclude users. The Exclude Active AD users field will be displayed only if directory sync is enabled for the configured Microsoft 365 account.
    8. Specify the time interval in which the users' login details have to be checked in the Inactive for the last drop-down.
    9. Click the Generate button.
    10. Select the users and click the Set Mailbox Litigation Hold option to place their mailboxes on Litigation Hold.
    11. To manage the Exchange Online mailbox settings of Microsoft 365 users, select the desired user accounts, click Manage, and select the desired mailbox management action from the list.

    Never logged on Users

    This report helps you view all Office 365 users who have never logged on to Exchange online during the specified time period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Office 365 User Reports, click the Never Logged On Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Azure Locked Users

    User accounts are locked out when they exceed a threshold of bad login attempts. View all the locked out user accounts in your Microsoft 365 environment using this report.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click on Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click on User Reports option.
    3. From the list of reports, under Account Status Reports, click on Azure Locked Users.
    4. Select a Microsoft 365 tenant, domain(s)/group(s) and hit the Generate Now button.

    You will now be able to see a detailed report on all the locked users in your Microsoft 365 environment.

    Azure Unlocked Users

    This report fetches all the unlocked Microsoft 365 user accounts.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click on Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click the User Reports option.
    3. From the list of reports, under Account Status Reports, click on Azure Unlocked Users.
    4. Select a Microsoft 365 tenant, domain(s)/group(s) and click on Generate Now.

    You will now be able to see all the unlocked users in your Microsoft 365 environment.

    Last User Activity by Service

    This report displays the details of Microsoft 365 users, their licenses and the last action performed by them.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click on Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click on User Reports option.
    3. From the list of reports, under User Logon Reports, click on Last User Activity by Service.
    4. Select a Microsoft 365 tenant and hit the Generate Now button.

    Last User Activity by Date

    This report displays the Microsoft 365 users and their actions during the specified period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click on Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click on User Reports option.
    3. From the list of reports, under User Logon Reports, click on Last User Activity by Date.
    4. Select a Microsoft 365 tenant and hit the Generate Now button.

    Users Last Logon

    This report displays the last logon time for all users in the selected tenant and requires an Azure AD premium license to gather the users' sign-in data. Please note that it might take up to six hours for the Last Logon Time property to update with the latest value.

    To generate this report,,

    1. Click on the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click on Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, click on the User Reports option.
    3. From the list of reports, under User Logon Reports, click on the Users Last Logon.
    4. Select a Microsoft 365 tenant and press the Generate Now button.

    Inactive Users

    This report displays users who haven't logged in to Microsoft 365 within the last specified number of days and requires an Azure AD premium license to gather the users' sign-in data. Please note that it might take up to six hours for the Last Logon Time property to update with the latest value.

    To generate this report:

    1. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, select Reports. Under Azure Active Directory, select the User Reports option.
    3. From the list of reports, under User Logon Reports, click Inactive Users.
    4. Select a Microsoft 365 tenant.
    5. In the Filter By drop-down, select the domains and groups in which you would like to search for inactive users.
    6. In the Exclude Active AD Users drop-down, choose the AD domains that you would like to exclude.

      Note: Using the Exclude Active AD Users drop-down, you can leave out the users who have been active in AD but not in Microsoft 365.

    7. Specify the time interval in which the users' login details have to be checked in the Inactive for the last drop-down.
    8. Click Generate Now.

    Report from CSV

    This report generates an all-inclusive report on the desired user accounts in your Microsoft 365 environment. Upload a CSV file with a list of user accounts to generate a comprehensive report on the given users.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. In the left pane, click on Reports. Under CSV Reports, click on Report from CSV option.
    3. Select the Microsoft 365 tenant account and domain(s)/group(s).
    4. Select and import the CSV file containing a list of user accounts and hit on Generate Now.
    5. NOTE:
      You can also,
      1. Refine your results using the modify criteria option.
      2. View and verify the contents of the CSV file using the Imported Data option.
      3. Use the Add or Remove Column option to customize the attributes/fields being displayed.

    4. Select the required groups corresponding to the chosen Office 365 account from the list and click the Generate button.

    Contact List

    This report provides a list of all the contacts present in your Office 365 environment.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the Contact Reports category, click on the Contact List report.
    3. Select the required Office 365 Tenant Account and click on Generate Now.

    Contacts Audit Log

    This report displays all the contacts along with the users who created, modified or deleted them during the specified time.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the Contact Reports category, click on the Contacts Audit Log report.
    3. Select the required Office 365 Tenant Account
    4. Select the period of activity.
    5. Click on Generate Now.

    New Contacts

    This report displays a list of the new contacts added during the specified duration.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the Contact Reports category, click on the New Contacts report.
    3. Select the required Office 365 Tenant Account
    4. Specify the duration for which you want to generate the newly added contacts.
    5. Click on Generate Now.

    Modified Contacts

    This report provides a list of all the contacts that were modified during the specified time duration.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the Contact Reports category, click on the Modified Contacts report.
    3. Select the required Office 365 Tenant Account
    4. Specify the period during which the contacts were modified.
    5. Click on Generate Now.

    Deleted Contacts

    This report lists all the contacts that were deleted during the specified time.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the Contact Reports category, click on the Deleted Contacts report.
    3. Select the required Office 365 Tenant Account
    4. Select the period during which the contacts were deleted.
    5. Click on Generate Now.

    Inactive Contacts

    This report lists all the contacts that have been dormant for the past 7 days.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the Contact Reports category, click on the Inactive Contacts report.

    4. Click on Generate Now.

    Contacts Activity

    This report displays the details of the mails sent and received by all the contacts for the last 7 days.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click on the Office 365 tab and click on the Reports section.
    2. Under the Contact Reports category, click on the Contacts Activity report.

    4. Click on Generate Now.

    This report lists all contacts that have an owner.

    To generate this report,

    This report lists all the mail enabled contact objects of Office 365.

    To generate this report,

    4. Click on Generate Now.

    Licensed Office 365 Users Report

    This report fetches the list of all users in your Office 365 setup for whom licenses have been assigned, along with the list of services assigned through each license.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. Click the Reportsoption.
    3. Under License Reports, click the Licensed Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Unlicensed Office 365 Users Report

    This report lists all the users in your Office 365 environment for whom no Office 365 license has been assigned.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. Click the Reportsoption.
    3. Under License Reports, click the Unlicensed Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Office 365 License Details Report

    This report lists all the available licenses for your Office 365 environment. Further, for each license, you will also get the list of all active units, assigned units, warning units, suspended and locked out units for each license.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. Click the Reportsoption.
    3. Under License Reports, click the License Details link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.
