Speedy has a sizeable employee base that uses Microsoft Exchange, with more joining all the time. The company's IT infrastructure team was spending too much time trying to generate reports on the different aspects of its Exchange environment. Internal audits and investigations were also becoming a hassle due to the amount of time and money consumed to establish an audit trail.
The infrastructure team was looking for a solution that would reduce the time they spent struggling with native tools to pull up even the smallest amount of Exchange-related information. They wanted a cost-effective tool that would be easy to use and deploy.
Speedy Services eventually ended up purchasing Exchange Reporter Plus. When asked why, Wasim Natha, the IT end user computing manager at Speedy, said, "This is an absolute life-saving product...[especially] when you are using native Exchange to run reports and [for] analysis." Natha summarizes Exchange Reporter Plus in a single line—"a great tool with a whooping amount of reports."
Speedy's administrators found Exchange Reporter Plus' features extremely helpful for reporting, auditing, and monitoring their Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments. They found the change auditing functionality particularly helpful because of how cost-effective it became to conduct investigations. "Operations time [is now] reduced, saving us money when doing investigations," said Natha, who went on to state that their reporting time has dropped from 30 minutes to 5 minutes since they've deployed Exchange Reporter Plus.
