Sending Support Information
In-order to analyze issues or other challenges faced by evaluators / customers the Exchange Reporter Plus product team might request for product logs (Support Information). This will provide the team a clear understanding on the problem / challenge reported.
The creation of the support information is either done with the help of Automatic process or can also be done manually.
How to automatically create and send information:
- Click on Support Tab → Support Info → Create log : Auto
- This will automatically create a support info file and if there is an Internet connection enabled will also be automatically sent to Exchange Reporter Plus team.
- In machines where internet connection is disabled, Once the support info file is created a Pop-up will prompt you to save the file on the local machine.
- Attach the saved zip file and mail it to support@exchangereporterplus.com,
- Alternatively if the file size is large you can upload the saved file to our server by following the below steps.
- Type : https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/ on a web browser.
- Select Exchange Reporter Plus from the send to option.
- Provide your Email address.
- Add a comment.
- Attach the saved support info file from the stored location.
- Click on Upload.
The creation of support info using the Auto option might take a few minutes depending on the size of the logs, in these you can create support info manually.
How to manually create and send Information:
- Go to Exchange Reporter Plus installation folder
- Open the bin folder
- Double click on createSupportInfo.bat file.
- Go back to the installation folder and open logs\support folder to find ExchangeReporterPlus_Logs.zip file.
- Attach the zip file and mail it to support@exchangereporterplus.com
- Alternatively if the file size is large you can upload the saved file to our server by following the below steps.
- Type : https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/ on a web browser
- Select Exchange Reporter Plus from the send to option.
- Provide your Email address.
- Add a comment.
- Attach the saved support info file from the stored location.
- Click on Upload.
