Integrate ServiceDesk Plus Cloud


    SDP Cloud is a help desk solution that is used by organizations worldwide to streamline, automate their IT operations and for implementing effective ITIL practices. To elevate the convenience of your task, Firewall Analyzer is now integrated with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. This integration will help you log real-time alerts as ticket in your SDP Cloud platform.

    Steps to configure ServiceDesk Plus Cloud with Firewall Analyzer

    1. Click on Settings > General Settings > Third Party Integrations.
    2. Under the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud option, click +Configure.

     

     

     

    1. Grant Token: Enter the Grant Token code that you have generated in the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. This is a crucial step to successfully integrate the SDP Cloud with Firewall Analyzer.
    2. Select Data Center: Choose the corresponding SDP cloud data center
    3. Use the Validate option, to test the configuration.
