FAQs

1. Is the EOS different from EOL (end of life)?

A: Yes! We have announced only the end of support (EOS) for the earlier versions. However, you can continue to use the older versions at your own risk as your AMS will not be renewed for these versions and technical support will not be provided beyond the dates mentioned.

2. Can I migrate from NetFlow Analyzer version 10 and below to the latest version of NetFlow Analyzer?

A: No, migrating from NetFlow Analyzer version 10 and below to the latest build directly is not possible. You need a fresh installation of the latest NetFlow Analyzer build, apply the license file, and then your devices can be on-boarded. If you face any issue, please contact our support team - we will be able to assist you.

3. Is the upgrade free of cost?

A: Yes, all the upgrades are free, provided you have Annual Maintenance and Support for the current period.

4. I have paid AMS for NetFlow Analyzer version 11 recently. How long is the support valid?

A: Support is valid and available till the period of AMS. You will need to upgrade to our latest version of NetFlow Analyzer, apply the latest NetFlow Analyzer license and the future renewal of your AMS will be on the latest license and not on the older license.

5. I have a user-based or an older version license. What will be the impact on the AMS?

A: If you have renewed the AMS, you are eligible to get the equivalent license of the latest version free-of-cost. Since NetFlow Analyzer's latest version is licensed based on the number of devices, you have to inform our sales team () on how many number of devices you want to continue monitoring. The new license will be sent to you based on your request. Remember that you need to renew the product from thereon based on the new license and not on the older version's pricing.

6. My AMS has expired. What should I do now?

Please write to our sales team (). They will help you with the price quote to renew your AMS. After renewal, you can continue to avail the support and upgrades as before.

7. At what price will the AMS be renewed?

The AMS will be charged at 20% of the product's list price. The pricing information can be verified at our online store. Do not hesitate to write to for further clarifications.
