Integration of Jira Service Desk with NetFlow Analyzer
The NetFlow Analyzer integration with Jira Service Desk is an effective way of registering real-time alerts as issues in the Jira Service Desk platform. Technicians could easily monitor bandwidth utilization and traffic, and act immediately upon issues corresponding to threshold violation.
How to configure Jira Service Desk in NetFlow Analyzer?
- Login to the NetFlow Analyzer UI, and go to Settings → General Settings → Third Party Integrations → Jira Service Desk → +Configure
- Enter your Jira Service Desk URL by providing your server name/DNS and port, user name and password
- Click Validate to test your configuration to carry on with the further steps
- Select any one of the options in Issue Settings to instruct NetFlow Analyzer how you want to receive the issue when the same alert reoccurs
- Choose Create new issue if you want it to be reported as a new incident
- Alternatively, if the same issue has occurred in a specified number of days, you can reopen the recently closed issue relevant to the alert
- Then click on Save to complete the configuration process
