Integrating ServiceDesk Plus Cloud with NetFlow Analyzer

    SDP Cloud is a help desk solution that is used by organizations worldwide to streamline, automate their IT operations and for implementing effective ITIL practices. To elevate the convenience of your task, NetFlow Analyzer is now integrated with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. This integration will help you log real-time alerts as ticket in your SDP Cloud platform.

    Steps to configure ServiceDesk Plus Cloud with NetFlow Analyzer

    • Click on Settings > General Settings > Third Party Integrations
    • Under the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud option, click +Configure
      • Integrating ServiceDesk Plus Cloud with NetFlow Analyzer
    • Grant Token: Enter the Grant Token code that you have generated from the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. This is a crucial step to integrate the SDP Cloud with NetFlow Analyzer successfully
    • Select data center: Choose the corresponding SDP Cloud data center
    • Then using the Validate option, you can test your configuration
