Map cloud service(s) based on IP

    Cloud Services mapping consists of a predefined list of domain names and their corresponding IP addresses, helping to resolve IP addresses. This predefined list of domain names and corresponding IP addresses will be updated every 24 hours provided with stable internet connection.

    How to add a new Cloud Service?

    • Before you add a new Cloud Service, make sure that you have configured the Mail Server Settings in NetFlow Analyzer.
    • After configuring the Mail Server Settings, navigate to Settings > NetFlow > Mappings > Cloud Services tab.
    • Under Cloud Services tab, click on Add button and provide a cloud service name.
    • A request will be sent to the NetFlow Analyzer Support team for validation; the requests will be validated and a notification will be sent to your configured mail ID.
    • Click Request

    How to view the IP addresses mapped to a Cloud Service?
    To view the IP addresses mapped to the Cloud Service, click on the number in the IP Address column to view the IP addresses associated with a Cloud Service.

    How to update a Cloud Service in offline mode?
    In offline mode, you can manually update the Cloud Services by downloading the Cloud Services ZIP file and by using the import option in the UI to upload the downloaded file.
