The General tab contains settings related to CAPTCHA verification, personalization link and tab customization. These are the settings that come under the General tab:
Hide CAPTCHA: CAPTCHA is a security measure against bot-based attacks. You can use this setting to enable/disable CAPTCHA during identity verification and during password reset/account unlock.
Hide Personalize link from end-users page: The Personalize setting allows end-users to change the color, language, font settings, etc., of the ADSelfService Plus portal. Enable this option if you don't want to give users access to this setting.
Tab Customization: This option allows you to reorder the tabs in the end-user portal and mark a certain tab as default. Users will be taken to the default tab after login.
