User details overview

The Users tab provides an overview of User Info, Apps Assigned, Mail ID, and Role.

  1. User Info: Displays the username, which can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the ↑↓ icon.
  2. Apps Assigned: Shows the apps assigned to the user.
  3. Mail ID: Indicates the email ID associated with the user.
  4. Role: Specifies the various roles, such as Super Admin, Admin, Moderator, or App User, assigned to the user within SaaS Manager Plus.

Adding a user

  1. Click the Add User button in the top-right corner.
  2. Fill in the required details, including the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email ID.
  3. Optionally, check the Enable Login check box to assign a role of Moderator or Admin from the available drop-down box.
  4. If enabled, the user will be added as a Moderator or Admin in SaaS Manager Plus. Otherwise, the user will be an App User.
  5. Under the Vendors section, the Search Apps search box allows you to search for integrated and manually added apps.
  6. If the Enable Login box is checked, the Provide Access check box will be enabled, which can be used to assign the user to a particular app in SaaS Manager Plus.
  7. The Send App Invite option is available only for integrated apps, which sends invites from the selected app to invite the user.
  8. Click Save to add the user.

Adding a user to SaaS Manager Plus

  1. Click the Add User button in the top-left corner.
  2. Fill in the required details, including the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email ID.
  3. Check the Enable Login check box to assign a role of Moderator or Admin from the available drop-down box.
  4. Click Save to add the user to SaaS Manager Plus.

Managing a user's apps

  1. Click the user for whom you want to manage apps. A detailed report of the user will be displayed.
  2. Click Manage Apps in the top-right corner.

  3. The Enable Login check box is available for user with the role of App User.
  4. Check the Enable Login check box to change the role to Moderator or Admin from the available drop-down box, if required.
  5. If enabled, the user will be added as a Moderator or Admin in SaaS Manager Plus. Otherwise, the user will be an App User.
  6. Under the Vendors section, the Search Apps search box allows you to search for integrated and manually added apps.
  7. If the Enable Login box is checked, the Provide Access check box will be enabled, which can be used to assign the user to a particular app in SaaS Manager Plus.

  8. The Send App Invite option is available only for integrated apps, which sends invites from the selected app to invite the user.
  9. Click Save to add the user.

Deleting a user

  1. Click the user for who needs to be deleted. A detailed report of the user will be displayed.
  2. Click Delete in the top-right corner.

  3. A pop-up message will appear on the screen.

  4. 3.1 If the user is an Owner, you will have to assign the apps before deleting the user.

     

    3.2 If the user is an Admin, you will have to revoke access to the apps before deleting the user.

     

  5. Click Delete to delete the user.

Additional options

  1. All Users drop-down box is available in the top-right corner and contains a list of integrated apps or manually added apps. Click All Users to display the list of available users. Click SaasMP Users to display the list of users in the SaaS Manager Plus app, or click the specific vendor name to display the respective list.

  2. Next to the All Users drop-down box, a search box allows you to search for a particular user by typing their name.
  3. A drop-down box to choose between List View and Grid View is also available.
