License details

ManageEngine SharePoint Manager Plus comes in four editions: Evaluation, Free, Standard, and Professional.

All editions come packaged as a single download.

During the evaluation period, the fully functional Professional edition is installed and can be evaluated for 30 days. After 30 days, it is automatically converted to the Free edition, unless the Standard or Professional edition license is purchased.

Free Edition: After the evaluation period, SharePoint Manager Plus will run as the Free edition until you buy a product license. The Free edition will not fetch fresh data from the configured SharePoint servers, but you can view and use the reports on previously fetched data.

Standard Edition: This edition offers the complete set of predefined reporting and alerting features for monitoring and auditing your SharePoint online and on-premises servers. The Standard edition is priced based on the number of farms or SharePoint servers you add for monitoring and auditing.

Professional Edition: This edition offers access to all the features of SharePoint Manager Plus, including SharePoint Management and SharePoint Migration. Learn more.

All editions will come with one Help Desk Technician by default. You can purchase additional technicians for the Standard and Professional editions.

To apply the license file and upgrade SharePoint Manager Plus to the Standard or Professional edition:

• In the SharePoint Manager Plus client, click the License link in the top-right corner. This opens the License Details pop-up window.
• Select the license file received from ZOHO Corp. using the Browse button.
• Click Apply License.
