Add form

To add a form to the page:

1. Open the page that you want to add a form to.
2. From the page elements menu on the left panel, click and select FORM.
3. Select an Application and a corresponding Form that you want to embed. 
4. You can embed the form element as a Form or Button. Drag-and-drop Embed as Form or Embed as Button option.

NOTE: Embed as form option will render the form as it is, on your page. Whereas, Embed as Button option will allow you to add any additional function on click of the button.
