This page contains information on the support lifecycle of each version of Endpoint Central MSP. After every major release, we support the previous version for a considerable period, allowing users to plan their upgradation or migration effectively. After a version reaches its End of Support (EOS), it will no longer receive technical support or security updates from Endpoint Central MSP.
A support lifecycle denotes the period from when a version is available for download to when it is no longer supported by Endpoint Central MSP. When a version reaches its EOS, Endpoint Central MSP no longer provides security updates, non-security updates, features, enhancements or technical support. Shortly after a new version is released, an EOS announcement is made for its previous version on this page. We declare EOS to replace the older versions with a better and more secure version of Endpoint Central MSP. Announcement will be made 6 months prior to the effective retirement date, so that the users can plan and execute the version upgradation accordingly. Endpoint Central MSP strongly encourages users running the older version to shift to the latest version.
Endpoint Central MSP will not be liable for any security or performance issues caused by EOS versions. Our ability to deliver a seamless experience depends on your co-operation to upgrade to the latest version whenever it is available.
