billing feature.
12. Can I limit the number of managed endpoints(desktops, mobile devices, servers, etc) for specific customers?
While creating a customer, these details can be provided(can also be modified later).
13. How can one reach computer and domain in customer environment?
One can achieve this using the AD connector.
14. If I manage more number of customers, will that consume more bandwidth?
If you are using a distribution server, bandwidth consumption would be low as the clients' endpoints use local bandwidth to download updates from distribution server.
15. How to add a domain?
Installing a distribution server in remote office is a must for adding a domain. Select domain under Scope of Management from the Agent tab. Click Add domain and choose Active directory or Work group. Once you have added all the necessary details, click Add Domain.

Devices added to the default remote office can be moved to a different remote office.
Any endpoint running Windows 10 & 11 or macOS, enrolled through MDM with will be moved automatically to the default Remote office of the customer.
Note: Complete endpoint management capabilities, including modern management for a laptop will only cost 1 license per device.

5. What is the difference between Fast and Best Compression levels?
When you set the compression level to Fast, the compression ratio is lower, resulting in an increase in the speed of the rendering of the UI. This is recommended when the computer that you are connecting remotely to is in the same LAN as the computer you are connecting from.
When you set the compression level to Best, the compression ratio is higher, resulting in a decrease in the cosumption of the bandwidth. However, the rendering of the UI will be comparitively slower. This setting is recommended when the computer that you are connecting to remotely is at a different geographical location.
