Import File Samples

This page provides sample file formats to help you quickly and accurately import resources, users, organizational data, or personal details into the PAM360 database. PAM360 supports bulk imports using CSV, TSV, and Excel files, allowing you to onboard data efficiently while minimizing manual effort and errors.

To ensure a successful import, the files should follow a consistent structure:

• CSV files should contain uniform rows with the same number of comma-separated fields.
• TSV files should have evenly aligned rows with tab-separated values and use the `.txt` or `.tsv` extension.
• Excel files should maintain consistent data across cells and can be uploaded in `.xls` or `.xlsx` formats.

When importing users, you can include standard user attributes such as first name, last name, username, email address, department, and location. In addition, PAM360 allows you to control Two-Factor Authentication on a per-user basis during import by specifying whether 2FA should be enabled or disabled.
