  2. Select the Domain name available in the left pane.
  3. Select the computer for which you want to use the command prompt.
  4. Click on Remote Command Prompt to bring the remote computer's command prompt.
  5. You can now execute the required command in the text box or you can also use the pre-defined commands.

Remote command prompt tool doesn't work. How can I fix it?

Follow the steps below to resolve this error,

  1. Try reaching to the client computer which shows this error.
  2. Open Run, type and execute "Services.msc" command.
  3. Stop the "server service" and restart it.
  4. Reconnect via remote command prompt now and start executing the commands.
