Hello there,
It's March and most of us are stepping into the sunny side of the year: spring! We sure hope that life will soon step into the sunny side as well with the vaccine rollout marking the final stages of the pandemic. On that note, let's take a look at how ServiceDesk Plus can bring sunshine to your IT service management.
Earlier we introduced the change workflow feature for the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus, and our customers have been using it effectively and loving it since then. We've decided to extend the functionality to our on-premises users as well, and the feature will be available soon. With this functionality, you can create complete change life cycles with stages, conditions, switches, notifications, approvals, and field updates using a graphical editor, configure multiple workflows, and associate them with change templates.
While we were busy making enhancements to our IT service desk tool, we were handed great news. ServiceDesk Plus Cloud is now one of five ITSM solutions to clear the PinkVERIFY™ ITIL® 4 assessment for incident management, change enablement, problem management, and service request management.
