Exchange overall organization traffic reports

• Organization Traffic Summary: Shows the email traffic summary for the entire organization during the specified period.
• Sent Traffic by Messages: Shows the total number of emails sent, and the percentage of internal and external emails sent during the specified period.
• Sent Traffic by Size: Shows the total size of emails sent, and the numbers of internal and external emails based on size sent during the specified period.
• Received Traffic by Messages: Shows the total number of emails received, and the numbers of internal and external emails received during the specified period.

To generate overall organization traffic reports in Exchange Reporter Plus,

1. Click the Reports tab.
2. Navigate to Exchange Server > Email Traffic > Overall Organization Traffic.
3. Select a suitable report and enter the inputs like Organization name, Period, and Granularity.

That's it. The report gets generated immediately.
