Universal Directory
The Universal Directory tab allows you to integrate directories with Identity360 and manage the users in those directories.
Create users and groups, use templates, automate tasks, configure sync schedules, manage directories, and more.
Important:
- When you sign up for Identity360, a Zoho directory will be automatically created and added as the default directory. If you sign up using your enterprise’s existing Zoho admin account, your enterprise’s Zoho directory will be added as the default directory.
- Users from the directories that you add, such as Azure AD or Google Workspace, will be added to the default Zoho directory once your domains associated with those directories are verified.
The following tabs are available in Universal Directory:
- All Users: Create, view, and manage users with a predefined template, or create your own template.
- All Groups: Create, view, and manage all groups from your configured directories and applications.
- Orchestration: Automate a series of tasks after a particular task is executed. Save time and repetition during IAM routines.
- User Creation Templates: Create and manage user creation templates. Apply template rules to populate attributes automatically.
- Manage Directory: Add and manage your configured directories. View the synced objects and synchronization status.
- Directory Sync Settings: Configure and review the directory synchronization settings.
