Accessing enterprise applications via SSO

Once your administrator has enabled single sign-on (SSO), you only have to log in once into Identity360, and access all the enterprise applications with a single click.

There are two ways to access use the SSO feature:

How to use SSO from the Identity360 portal

  1. Log in to the Identity360 portal.
  2. Navigate to the Applications tab.
  3. In the window that opens, you’ll see a dashboard of all the enterprise applications you have access to.
  4. Click any application displayed in the dashboard for seamless, one-click access to that application via SSO.

How to use SSO from the integrated application

  1. Open the enterprise application you want to access.
  2. Depending on configuration you may either have to enter you username, or select an option that directs you to SSO.
  3. You will be redirected to the Identity360 portal. Log in to the portal with your end user credentials.
  4. You will be redirected back to the enterprise application and logged in.
  5. You can now also access any of the other enterprise applications you have linked you account with.
