Personalize
Changing your welcome name
Identity360 provides you the option to change your welcome name in the product's user portal. To do so:
- Log in to the Identity360 user portal.
- In the portal that opens, click the user profile icon in the top-right corner.
- In the drop-down that appears, select Personalize.
- In the Personalize pop-up that appears, use the Choose Welcome Name drop-down to select your desired name format attribute.
- In the Session Management section, you can limit the concurrent sessions a user/technician can have while using Identity360.
- You can configure the maximum concurrent sessions allowed.
- If the concurrent sessions crosses this number, the user/technician will be prompted with an error message asking if they want to terminate their
current logged on sessions from all devices and browsers . But if they try to log in directly from the Identity360 portal, they will not be prompted
and instead will be requested to terminate the sessions themselves.
- If users first log in through their Zoho accounts and then try to access the Identity360 portal, they will be redirected to a page where they will
have the option to terminate their current sessions.
- Click Save
- Based on the values you've given for these name format attributes during sign-up, your welcome name will be auto-populated.
Managing account settings

- Your local profile will now open.
You can now update your personal information, add a secondary email address, and use the other tabs, including Security and Privacy, and update the settings under them as well. Click Save to update the changes made in each tab.
